#6 - Supporting the Deepest Parts of Us - Interview with Flo Aeveia Magdalena and Special Guest Karen Trujillo / by Nameh and Sitara

Karen Trujillo, HeartThread practitioner/trainer/family coach/mother joins the show again. This episode introduces the Hearing Our Hearts community to Flo Aeveia Magdalena, who brought HeartThread into the world. Flo Aeveia discusses her healing modalities, her connection to the once human, now angel John Henry and shares about Bruce Lipton, Ph.D.'s work on how genes are affected by our environment, the early imprinting (ages 1-7, hypnogogic state) and how those imprints drive us and become our central voice. This heart evoking, introspective conversation on the various tools (i.e., HeartThread) we can use to make choices that support the deepest parts of us (how do we want to manifest the heart?). We answer the same questions posed in the Listener Questionnaire, what do you long for? and, how did you love yourself today?
